Our client operates world-class Business Centre offering a full array of serviced office space, business services and solutions among virtual executive and comfortable offices on flexible lease terms. Currently looking to recruit a qualified Site and Maintenance Representative.


  • Responsible for site coordination between technical teams, electrical teams, commissioning team, client and contracts for completing and coordinating different phases of a project;
  • Knowing, understanding, communicating and ensuring compliance with the company health and safety policies and procedures;
  • Maintaining work standards and outlining behavioral expectations to ensure team morale and productivity;
  • Ensuring team compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Working with the teams to overcome work challenges;
  • Promoting, supporting and facilitating teamwork and harmony between all team members by promoting and fostering a positive, visible teamwork attitude among all team members;
  • Overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, ensuring that the team works to job specifications and follows the plans;
  • Reporting on work progress;
  • Will work on a site for the duration of a project, from start to finish;
  • Any other related tasks as instructed by Senior Management.

Person Specification & Experience:

  • Excellent command of English (Spoken & Written)
  • Diploma or degree in Electronics, CS, IT.
  • Three years of working experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge in implementation of network and associated systems for IP-CCTV
  • Basic understanding of business procedures
  • Strong technical background on security solutions
  • Computer operation-in line with job responsibilities
  • Good knowledge of reporting procedures and platform
  • Supporting and working with others
