Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the daily functions of the Operations Centre (ROC) are in line with the business rules, ethics and conduct that the company has put in place.
  • Ensure that procedures are followed consistently, efficiently, effectively and that they are in line with the company’s policies and goals.
  • Responsible for taking phone calls from Clients contacting the Operations Centre who are in need of assistance, in a calm and professional manner.
  • Will follow pre-designed procedures that will ensure they provide the Client with the service that has been subscribed to and with the services specific to that Client
  • Will be involved in the development of security related information for the company’s clients by monitoring social media, media and other company sources. They will gather and collate security related information and create SMS Alerts, Insight articles and other related articles to a high standard.
  • Will need to communicate security information developed for specific Clients by SMS Alerts, Emails and by telephone in specific cases.
  • They will monitor client sites using smart CCTV that raises alarms when attention is required.  In case of genuine alarms they will follow laid down procedures in responding to crisis situations.
  • Coordination of residents’ association’s social media groups, to include control of information flows and management of subscription lists

 

Person Specification:

  • University degree or higher diploma in any discipline, preferably in Humanities or Social Sciences
  • Ability to manage tasks throughout their life-cycle
  • Skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Time-keeping is an essential quality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Trustworthy and professional, and place extreme importance on integrity and confidentiality
