Our client is the newest water sports and home to Africa’s first ever Aqua park. Everyone gets a chance to Explore the course, scale the obstacles and race against friends and family whilst enjoying seeing everyone get wet and wild. They are looking for a passionate sales & marketing individual to drive the business to the next level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing an efficient and effective Sales & Marketing strategy and yearly business plan, working closely with the Managing Director.
  • Managing and coordinating the implantation of the sales & marketing strategy for both the local and international markets.
  • Achieve growth by hitting sales targets.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Ensure superior sales service delivery to all customers.
  • Identify key customer’s / market segments, and establish goals for existing and new key accounts through the establishment of detailed action plans for each segment, including the corporate market.
  • Communicate promotions, special offers, packages and client booking incentives externally and internally to all relevant team members.
  • Participate in creating and executing a forward looking, detailed plan for events and time with clients on their lakes that will generate revenue and build Company’s brand
  • Stay connected with what is going on in the water sport industry (events, contests, pro rider news) and passionately share this info with customers to generate interest in what we are selling
  • Maintain and manage social media platforms with engaging content

Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in Sales & Marketing or any Business related field.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales Coordinator
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Evidence of creative approaches to marketing challenges
