The Sales and Marketing Executive responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies. Represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

Duties and Responsibilities.                                           

  1. Content creation for marketing material e.g. brochures, company profiles and ensuring they are always updated and adequately stocked
  2. Actively seek new clients and business and support sales strategy and marketing with clients, fairs, launches etc
  3. Support client relationship management
  4. Looking for alternative markets other than Kenya
  5. Website management, ensuring it is always updated.
  6. Social media management through query resolution, creation of advertising content and brand awareness
  7. Events management; preparation of sales drives and targeted marketing occasions
  8. Brand surveillance and audit. Ensuring conformity of the brand across board
  9. Drafting of corporate communications
  10. Market Surveillance and Research

 Qualification and other Competencies

  • Degree in Marketing / Public Relations
  • Knowledge of Photo-shop or an image editing software – Graphic Design.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced marketing department,
  • Knowledge of both ATL and BTL Marketing
  • Proficiency in Social Media/SEO/SEM/
  • Experience managing multiple marketing projects, must have a “think-out-of-the-box “mentality,
  • Good team player
