Our client is a Nairobi based company that owns and operates four deluxe, intimate safari lodges in private conservancies. They offer exclusive experiences of African wildlife, culture and wilderness in Kenya. The company also operates a DMC / ground handling company based in Nairobi. They are currently looking for junior social media coordinator.


We are looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.


  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback


  • Diploma/degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 2-3 years professional work experience
  • High creativity in using social media for brand awareness and good company impressions
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
