- Monitoring and documenting employee attendance
- Updating the ms excel employee leave sheet
- Issuing Leave Forms when necessary
- Updating employee files
- Issuing warning letters as and when necessary
- Working with the Production Supervisor and Store Keeper
- Updating the ms excel production sheet (products made per person)
- Internal auditing of production documents, delivery notes and sales order to match the stock cards.
Helping the Production Manager with any other jobs such as filing, documenting and minute records.
- Graduate in the field of Human Resources
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
