Our client is a privately owned real estate development and management company based in Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. They have collectively 40 years of experience in real estate development and management. Its core strengths are developing commercial, commercial residential and residential projects alike, all strategically based locally and internationally. They specializes in the planning and construction of design/build projects, commercial and residential property leasing. They are seeking to hire a mature Front Office Administrator with a real estate background to facilitate seamless client service processes and general office operations.

Job Brief: The Front of House role is one of the most important from a customer service perspective as you are the face and first point of contact for all our customers and visitors. All communication to and from members to the company will come through you and you will need to know how to act on each piece of information.
Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception of visitors and space tours
  • Handling customer complaints and issues
  • Assisting in the booking of board room
  • Events management
  • General assistance with office operations
  • Making follow ups on payments
  • Online marketing of the company services
  • Will be the point of contact for all the company remote sites
  • Will work closely with Administration assistants
  • Will act as the Assistant to the General Manager
  • Assisting the Management of the company together with both the off and on-site team members.


  • Ideal candidate must have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar capacity from a Real Estate background

Monthly Gross Salary: Kshs. 30,000 – 40,000 (Depending on skills & Experience)
