The developments offered have been conceptualized by the development team to be high quality assets using a data-driven approach in planning and design that gears property for high rental returns and an escalated rate of capital growth. They have proven over the last decade to be an important tool for providing investors, home owners, the financial industry and consumers with current and historical information about house price inflation- allowing them to make informed decisions in the housing market, in order to enjoy the best possible returns

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Make sales calls for prospective clients and conduct outbound activities via cold calling, emails, meetings, site visits, etc. to sell the listed developments.
  • Respond to all allocated inbound inquiries via telephone calls, emails and for walk-in clients.
  • Coordinate appointments and other viewing/meeting activities.
  • Make a presentation of a property to potential buyers.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct presentations.
  • Accompany and show around buyers/prospective clients during property visits.
  • Provide the proper information to prospective clients and assure them the suitability of the property/project to their needs.
  • Attain comprehensive product knowledge and explain/display the properties and their features to potential clients.
  • Keep abreast of the current market trends and carry out competitor analysis to have a better understanding of the market.
  • Facilitate and participate in open house/show house events.
  • Arrange meetings between developers/sellers and potential buyers where negotiations are required.
  • Assure that the buyer/s understand the key terms and conditions of the sale agreement.
  • Assists buyers in the home purchasing process.
  • Create and maintain a good relationship with previous clients to ensure acquisition of referral for potential clients.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Update and maintain the database and client profiles and ensure these are transitioned into the main Company database.
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, bookings and reservations, and other documentation as required.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity and sales reports, submitted to senior management.
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered

Education and Work Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Management/Commerce/Business Administration (specialization in Sales and Marketing preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Real Estate Sales (with at least 2 years’ experience in Development sales preferred).
