Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, organize, coordinate and supervise the accounting operations of the company and maintain related financial records; provide internal control of fiscal plans and budgets; develop and prepare studies in the area budget.
Preparation of Budgets and Cash flow
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
Preparation of Full set of accounts on periodic basis.
Responsible for monthly financial statements, creditors & Debtors.
Maintenance of Revenue Invoice, debt collection and Tax computation.
Preparation and submission of VAT return on a monthly basis.
Receiving all orders from the Lodge and source for competitive suppliers.
Ensure all supplies are properly packed, loaded and transported to Lodge.
Preparation of payment vouchers and journal entries
Maintenance of Cash books and reconciliations.
Perform camp operation costing and cost tracking.
Preparation of monthly payroll.
Presentation of annual budgets and monthly management accounts to the Board of
Preparation of all statutory deductions and timely online submission and payment.
Maintenance of Head office HR paperwork.
Preparation of audit and assisting the auditors with the various requirements.
Overseeing the procurement function.
Overseeing Transport and Logistics for the hospitality division.
Liaison with the Camp Manager for reporting and petty cash management.
Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (desirable)
Minimum of 5 years working experience at a similar position

Expertise in the functioning of an international financial institution or financial services
Risk Analysis and Management.
Expertise in internal audit, risk & control, compliance functions.
Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at all levels of the organizational timely and professional manner.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
