Client Overview

Our Client is a financial service firm that offers its clients with loans that meet their short to mid-term financial requirements and needs. The firm was founded in 2013 & its major clients are Civil Servants. They are urgently seeking to hire Business Development Executives to join their team.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling of loans to civil servants in order to ensure sustainable business growth
  • Offer excellent customer experience while interacting with customers on different channels
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
  • Gather feedback from customers on firm products and their experience to seek improvement
  • Continuously seek to deepen knowledge on the firms offering and the Industry trends
  • Identify business opportunities by prospecting different clients and visiting the potential customers for new business.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products to existing and potential clients.
  • Responsible for contacting regular and prospective customers to sell products
  • Delivery of sets sales targets
  • Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in a business related field from a recognized institution
  • At least 2 years’ experience in direct sales
  • Computer literacy – MS Office Suite

 

Skills & other Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Confident, self-driven & strong interpersonal skills.
  • A person of integrity and with good negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver set business targets with minimum supervision.
  • Good in Mathematics –should reflect a strong aptitude for computations

Salary Range: 30,000 – 40,000(Depending on Skills & Experience)
