Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring procurement of stock items is done smoothly, conduct stock takes and advise on desirable stock items to be ordered.
  • Checking internal requisitions for stock items.
  • Raising Purchase orders
  • Maintaining Accounts payable ledger
  • Ensuring all necessary licenses or permits are renewed promptly
  • Prepare and organize all documents for payments
  • Raising of cheques, handle bank and cash online payments
  • Correspondence with bank and lawyers
  • Reconciliations of GL accounts as delegated
  • Filing of admin documents, contracts, supplier invoices
  • Assist some HR functions
  • Any other duties as may be delegated from time to time


Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting/ and CPA part II.
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Admin and Accounting background with relevant job responsibilities as listed
  • Ideal candidate Must have accounting knowledge & ability to work with a software
  • Knowledge of working with Xero/QuickBooks
  • Focused, has a keen eye on detail
  • Deligent with numbers
