Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake all administrative tasks for the managers such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning
  • Ensure filing of all paperwork and ensure all files are up to date
  • Reading and replying emails received, and ensuring important emails are printed and maintained in files
  • Responding to telephone or face to face enquiries
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Book conference calls, rooms, site visits and meetings for managers
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments of managers
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of managers
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Notifying the manager of any queries or issues related to administration
  • Undertaking necessary paperwork for administrative work as approved by the manager
  • Preparing any required correspondence for the managers including letters, department reports, etc
  • Attending to client queries in the absence of the manager
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by Management

 Key Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
  • Experience in Real Estate is a must
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Detail Oriented, organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pleasant & trustworthy
  • Multitasking skills

Monthly Gross Salary: Kshs. 33,000
